Did The Catholic Church Give Us The Bible?

Catholics contend the whole world is indebted to the Roman Catholic Church for the existence of the Bible. We understand from the Bible itself that God delivered it by the inspiration of the Holy Spirit and declared that it would abide forever. The Bible owes its existence to the providence of God. If the Bible is an Catholic book, why does it nowhere mention the Catholic church, the Pope, a cardinal, an archbishop, a parish priest, a nun or any other member of the Catholic order? Why does the Bible never mention the rites or ceremonies that Catholics observe, clerical dress, the worship of Mary, the observance of special days or the worship of saints?  There is no proof that The Bible was put together by the Catholic church.
