Abraham's faith illustrates three tests of genuine faith. 
1.) The Authority Test
    - Abraham's faith was based on God's Word.
    - Abraham's faith was based on specific authority. 
    - Abraham's faith was based on general authority. 
2.) The Trust Test.
    - Abraham trusted God's promise.
    - Abraham trusted God's power.
    - Abraham trusted God's purpose.
3.) The Works Test.
    - Abraham was justified by faith when it worked. 
    - Abraham was justified by works of obedience to the faith. 
    - "Abraham's seed" are children of God by faith when they are baptized.
