Some Biblical examples of those who counted the cost: Noah, Abraham, Joseph, Moses and Paul. Examples of those who did not count the cost: Gehazi, Haman, the presidents and princes of Daniel's time, Judas, Ananias and Sapphira. Have we counted the cost of sinful living, unbelief, life without Christ, failure to obey the Gospel, postponement or delay, being in religious error, an ill-advised marriage, divorce and neglectfulness.
