When My Anxious Thoughts Multiply
When our anxious thoughts multiply we should: 1.) Realize that God cares. 2.) Do/fix what we can and accept the rest. 3.) Realize worry alone provides no benefit. 4.) Pray to let our requests be made known to God. 5.) Count our blessings. 6.) Replace our worried thoughts with good thoughts and actions. 7.) Put our worries into perspective. 8.) Acknowledge the future is beyond our control. 9.) Trust completely in God. 10.) Recognize the dangers of worry. 11.) Realize we must diligently seek and follow God.
